Who we are

VRTQ (also known as Vertique) is a product of Improverize AB, a company registered in Sweden with its registered address in Lidingö, Stockholm. Improverize AB is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What information we collect

At this stage, VRTQ is in a pre-launch waitlist phase. We collect:

• Email address — required, to notify you when VRTQ launches and to send occasional updates
• Sector interest — optional, if you choose to tell us which industries interest you, so we can send more relevant updates
• Signup timestamp — recorded automatically

We do not collect payment information, financial account details, or any information about your actual investments or holdings at this stage.

Why we collect it (legal basis)

We collect and use this information based on your consent, given when you check the signup box and submit the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

How we use it

• To notify you when VRTQ's free Observer product or paid tiers become available
• To send occasional updates, market reports, or news you've indicated interest in
• We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored using Supabase, a database hosting provider, in the EU (Frankfurt region). We do not currently use any separate third-party email marketing tool — updates are sent directly, and your email address is not shared with any additional processor beyond Supabase's hosting infrastructure. If this changes in future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as you remain on the waitlist or subscribed to updates, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with Sweden's data protection authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) if you believe your data has been mishandled

Cookies and technical data

This website uses only the technical storage strictly necessary for it to function — for example, handling your signup form submission. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and nothing on this site tracks your browsing behaviour.

The website is built on Lovable's platform, which includes a built-in error-reporting tool. If the app encounters a technical error, limited technical information about that error may be sent to Lovable to help diagnose it. This is not used for analytics or tracking, and is separate from any information you actively submit (such as your email address).

If our use of cookies or tracking tools changes as the product develops, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent mechanism added where required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as VRTQ's product develops, particularly as paid tiers and additional features launch. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
